Farmer’s market has been hit or miss for awhile in Fernley; just when something good begins it tends to end. A local farmer and a diehard Fernley community member desperately wanted to see a reliable, fun and consistent farmer’s market and she made it happen. Sara Thomas is dedicated to bringing you the best vendors and a family friendly atmosphere. She is a vendor herself and know the ins and outs of what it takes to connect with the land we inhabit and to the end customer.

2023 will be our third farmers market season and in the same location where it all started at the Fernley Swimming Pool. We have many of the same vendors from our first year with new ones added on each year. We pride ourselves on being a family friendly market as our vendors each become family. Not only are we growing our own local foods for our individual stand at No BS Farm, we are consistently trying to create new ways to grow our market both in vendors and customers. We are active in our community, talk with local business’, have flyers throughout town and located at City Hall, and continually promote the market through social media, now our website and other business partnerships in the community. Our biggest desire is to bring more variety and opportunity to get your hands on locally grown food, breads, flowers, crafts, art and much more!
